Dude OMHE was woefully late w/ Q3. There is 100% no excuse for that. So, of course they have to "catch up". The other choice is to continue to blow off their responsibilities to shareholders and watch pps plummet.

Q4 and FY end filing is much more critical; because it will likely confirm that their initial PRs re: new revenues did NOT come to fruition.
The FY end filing is ARLEADY OVERDUE - and this stock is STILL DEFUNCT.
The DELISTING and DEFUNCT status has hurt pps for the past 6 months. OMHE has FAILED shareholders to date.
