ameritrade states that tdcp only trades with actual certificates, therefore it is too "difficult" to open a long position. Clear as mud, I know. I think they want me to go through one of their brokers to open a position. - I was only going to buy 200 shares - the broker fees are probably 50% of what I was going to spend.
