Fundamentals make a chart. A chart is just a reflection of the going ons of a company,ie, earnings, sales, new contracts etc. As a technical person myself, UOIP shows a continuous upward trend, now look at what is driving this trend? As of today, I show no downturn in the future. That could change today by ARRIS news. No chart is predicting a down turn, the charts say an upward trend is more probable but wait for the INFO!!!!
