From what I’ve been reading here on the board is when ARRIS is to submit the quarterly or annual.

So with that they may issue news on the supposed material event...the loss with regards to the IPR denial.

I'm expecting Arris to disclose in their filing, the IPR loss in a subsequent events footnote, and I'm hoping they also disclose an estimate of the related liability in the contingent liability footnote. Both of these footnotes come into play since the IPR decision (last Fri fell in between the 6/30 balance sheet date and the 8/1 date the financials are to be released. Also, there's the possibility of Arris releasing an 8-K tomorrow or Thurs disclosing the IPR loss but that a long shot. We shall see ...
