Look forward to seeing all the evidence presented to the Jury proving certain members(even though I already have such proof in my possession because it was public and I have made copies to drop from the sky above the court house if necessary) of the defendant’s collusion scheme changed their names, and one even changed back. The Jury will have the right to infer GUILT against these members in the court of Law and against the defendants present in the courtroom. Should a last second settlement be agreed in order for said defendants to avoid prison, all unnamed defendants will be thrown under the bus I believe.

Companies miss product release goals all the time. The fact that release dates were missed was unfortunate for the stock price, but not fraudulent.

But, hey....I've got a wad invested here, too. If it turns out to be fraudulent, then string 'em up. I don't think that's the case. Considering the tooling costs that were carried on the balance sheet in the last Q, something is brewing.
