Last I communicated with him, he said they will close the $4M JV by August 30 and are in negotiations for a $6M JV for the MS drug trials.

I’m giving him until August 30. If I find out he is full of shit, like most people are suggesting, then I will take a short road trip to visit the home office and see exactly what is going on.
