that would be amazing. just knowing drug trials could start would kick this baby way north of where we are now.

Interesting. Now that you mention that he said he’s getting 4 million for OTC and 6 million for the MS drug trial; I have been communicating privately with someone who told me that he’s a big investor and that Rik approached him about investing in the company and that he showed him the joint venture paperwork. I asked him if the paperwork was signed at the time and he said that it was not signed but it was approved by the Nutra pharma board

When the news came out about the 4 million letter of intent, that investor reached out to me again and told me that the parties mentioned in the letter of intent are the same parties he saw in the joint venture paperwork that was presented to him. But he also said, that the total was $10 million and he was surprised that only the 4 million was mentioned. He said The joint venture paperwork was for $4 million for the OTC and 6 million for the MS drug trials and was wondering why they only mentioned one and not the other.

So now that you’re mentioning that Rik told you that another 6 million is coming down the pike, it basically meshes with what this investor was telling me.
