I doubt completed pre-screening applications would just fall into a black-hole. I suspect the PI, sites and home study network is identified/established and that suitable pre-screened patients will be processed in due course.

Now we just need the trial announced and learn what the protocol is and perhaps from that understand what has been going on.

PRE-SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE TOOL
In general, you can visit the Website without telling us who you are and without revealing any personal information.
