Asset sale in place of a traditional acquisition is not the same court restructuring your describing. Sorry man. Common stock can still have equity in a company that is insolvent in liquidity but not insolvent regarding assets and liabilities. They preferred to be bought out in ccaa vs traditional methods to obtain more benefit for all stakeholders which includes common equity holders. Your claims expose your lack of basic equity and accounting principals..
