Right, the company is in 'restructuring' or won't be liquidated, but its Common shares get Zero or cancelled, Man!

The company will remain existing, but stock shares will be issued while old Commons will be Wiped out!

This is 'Restructuring'.

Don't confuse people with fake concept.
