I use alphatrade.com. They're good. I know microcap trader has more bells and whistles, but it also costs twice as much.

This is about $45-50 depending on whether you want just Pinks or OTCBBs.

I also get the jupiter alerts for my treo, but then again, I'm a hopeless addict..
