Yes, merger closing would certainly be a conflict and nothing can happen before merger closing that could jeopardize.

I say a VERY STRONG POSSIBILITY is that WMILT has been advised they are now in possession of assets that are Escrow ShareMarker Holders and they cannot do the filing ahead of the closing of the merger.

So, MAYBE the first week in August we are notified of a share for value exchange with WMIH post merger closing and further, a possible cash distribution for monies that have accumulated since 10/02/2008.
