That’s true. But why did Attia need leave to amend the RICO claims? Answer: because the ones they were previously granted leave to file WERE DISMISSED. They have until mid August to try and come up with a plausible RICO case.

Nope. Attia's going to fail to file an amended claim.

Obviously MAXD will not announce this failure.

In the United States District Court Northern District of California in the matter of Attia et al v. Google LLC et al, on June 13, 2018 the Court granted Attia Leave to Amend the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (RICO) Claim on or before August 13, 2018.

Attia did not file an amended RICO claim.

Exactly as I predicted a month ago.

MAXD did not issue any press release to publicize the dismissal of Attia's RICO claim.

Attia may end up on the hook for costs because of his lawsuit, just like MAXD owes Google costs for its failed lawsuit.
