Not worried about financials here I mean this is a brand new start up what financials would you possibly expect. This needs news released of plans to go forward and then so does are stock price appreciation..
That's the right way to do it if their legitimate. Get SEC filings done, get their ducks in a row and given what I've seen so far, this could take off. People asked about a R/S. They claim they see no reason to do a R/S. IMO they would be foolish to do a R/S given what they have going now. No PRs until all of the SEC filings are done.
