That's the right way to do it if their legitimate.
Get SEC filings done, get their ducks in a row and given what I've seen so far, this could take off.
People asked about a R/S.
They claim they see no reason to do a R/S.
IMO they would be foolish to do a R/S given what they have going now.
No PRs until all of the SEC filings are done.
