3 months is pretty reasonable.

After looking at some of the clearance times for applicants cleared in Jun 2018, I think management is setting reasonable expectations there all things considered (assuming the email discussed/pasted here is real). If it comes sooner, great. Not sure why anyone here would insist management is wrong and it will get done faster than a full blown EAP filing.
