IMO Doubtful.

When good news is coming it is usually leaked and volume goes up before being announced.

NWBO investors want news. And in the absence of genuine news, they will listen to anyone who steps up to the microphone. They’re so thirsty for news, they’ll crawl through the desert toward a mirage, and when they discover there’s no water, they’ll drink the sand.

IMO we are indeed very close to (good) news. Volume has really dried up.
