That would take a massive string of events and every single preferred d shareholder to convert at certain times all the while throwing in toxic financing. That would be almost the same string of luck it would take to get hit by lightning attacked by a shark and mauled by a panda all that the same time in walking around down town new york. It just isnt a real possibility as things sit. The main reason here is the deal flow that someone must be seeing to invest 24.6 million dollars in 18 months and another company 6 million dollars. People dont just throw money like that without solid confirmation of deal flow. I would guesstimate that we should start seeing deals in the pipeline very soon.
