...except we know for a fact that the newly disclosed floorless nature of the Pref D conversion terms could blow the OS far past any current AS or the so called “fully diluted” number of 600 million. 5 Billion shares could easily be reached if the market was there to absorb them.

That should be a concern to any “long”.
