IMO... the damages from the LIBOR and ISDAfix scandals are worth more than multiple years of global GDP!
Thus, the only palatable resolution to both cases are settlements.
IMO...all the defendant banks will contribute to the settlements, but I do agree that the actual settlement figures will be a very small portion of actual damages. The damages can easily be well above $100 trillion. Even 1% of damages yields trillions in a settlement.
