Questions and comment on SIGO's recent 8-K.

Do you know if the number of shares mentioned in this 8-K (5,386,771) could serve as some sort of "official" share count as opposed to the number that Fife used in his recent filing (4,671,771)??

If that were the case, then Fife would be able to hold up to 538,138 SIGO shares (an increase of 71,428 shares) without exceeding his cap of 9.99% ownership. Might this 8-K, therefore, have been filed at Fife's demand so that he (Fife) would now be eligible to hold more SIGO shares?
