Per EDGAR Online: Form 10-Q's are due 45 days following the end of each fiscal quarter (not calendar!)...

So, for CELZ, that's Tuesday August 14th if filed on-time. They are permitted to file for an extension, however, and you should anticipate them doing so. I have my sights set on late August or early Sept...sure wish they'd surprise me with today but that would be unreasonable.
