You think they will file an extension on the Financials??

That would be utterly foolish on their part, and would likely shave 30-40% off the price from wherever it is when they announced this.

If I were management, I would take filing on time very seriously.

Let us not forget that although this may be a promising company, with good plans, patents and commercialization strategy, in the end it id REVENUES that matter, and so far they have zero.
