It is obvious Munro was being kind in his choice of words, but clearly ICLD was divesting itself of those subs that were not profitable!
He then went on to say that by eliminating the non-profitable subs, it would have the obvious effect of improving the “P&L and balance sheet.”
And we know these subs weren’t profitable because they still are not profitable even though SGIS now fully owns 100% of both of them!

This really isn’t rocket science and thank goodness it’s no longer chemistry either!! LOL
