As as long as you can find a predicate device for that you could get clearance. So many things have been "cleared" that did nothing. Write the FDA and ask and get in writing these works to alleviate pain, and post it. See what response you get. Geez

They were "cleared" as not to hurt anyone. Thats what clearance meas. Geez.

If not it would be like a drug and up 10,000%. It barely going to hold 3s again. This will get back in the 2s as they need end of the month money. Also further proof they didnt expect profits anytime soon. They took a 20 Billion YES WITH A B already and raised that monstrous amount by 25% or 1/4 of the total again. Thats like 25 cent on a dollar. Not small amount on one jump. Guess where those are going.
