An SEC investigation on this stock?

I am not surprised, the company has never delivered on any promises. From the name change to a new website. The only thing we ever get is a condescending letter from Ballas every so often telling the shareholders they should walk away if we don't believe his lies.

The financing is shady and has killed any momentum this company ever had.

I wonder when they will suspend trading?
