Spoke to SEC for the last hour/Contact INFO:

I spoke with Jennifer Brady 1-617-573-8900 This was the same office that helped me win my last case.

Email her at bradyj@sec.gov with your complaints. I gave her a good overview for just over an hour! I let her know that I was representing 7 other people but there are a lot more people very upset over the Fraud being committed by Management. The more people that complain the more this case will be taken seriously. Although I think I got the point across for all of us.

to me
Good afternoon, Mr. Smokler,

Thank you for contacting the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and for taking the time to speak with me regarding your concerns.

The information you provided will be given careful consideration in view of the Commission’s overall enforcement responsibilities under the federal securities laws. In addition, we keep records of the correspondence we receive in a searchable database that SEC staff may make use of in inspections, examinations, investigations and many other areas. Some of the correspondence we receive is referred to other SEC offices and divisions for their review. If they have any questions or wish to respond directly to your comments, they will contact you.

As we discussed, the SEC conducts its investigations on a confidential and nonpublic basis and neither confirms nor denies the existence of an investigation unless such information is made a matter of public record in proceedings brought before the Commission or in the courts. We do this to protect the integrity and effectiveness of our investigative process and to preserve the privacy of the individuals and entities involved. As a result, we will be unable to confirm whether an investigation exists or provide you with any updates on the status of your complaint or of any pending SEC investigation. Information on our policy may be found at https://www.sec.gov/complaint/info.

If you have additional information that you wish to share with the SEC related to this or any other matter, you may contact me. Information may also be submitted through the SEC's Tips, Complaints, and Referrals portal, available at: https://www.sec.gov/tcr. For your information, I am attaching our Form 1662 which details, among other things, the uses to which we may put any information you voluntarily send to us at our request.

Kind regards,
Jennifer
