Geez dilution is a relative term and it is related to the stock price. Otherwise every company will do a reverse split to have fewer shares and the stock will go up.

I just take a fake example but have not verified, just to make the point. Let say if one Afghan is equal to 10 Japanese Yen, does this mean that the Afghan dollar or whatever they call it, is more valuable than the Yen?
