Well Ok under that scenario the LG Capital had the shares needed to cover their short so they will not be getting pounded :)

You might want to do a little research into how toxic debtholders really make money.....it ain't on the shares they convert....those are used to COVER THEIR SHORTS.

Of course debt holders can sell short temporarily, I have said before a large shareholder can call his broker and tell them to sell xxx number of shares and they will send the stock certificate by priority mail to cover the shares, the broker then sales the stock short

That is why well part of why the daily short volumes show up but are covered and the shorts never show on the finra 2 week reports because they were covered

Exactly.. short the piss out of it and use the other shares to cover.. almost like they have a plan b if things get hairy. All speculation though right.. smh.

Complete nonsense. They dump their discounted shares for huge profits. No need to get involved with huge risks of shorting when they have free money.
