Without people like LG Capital providing financial services for companies like ANDI the company could likely never prosper. LG Capital was issued another 146 million + shares back in November and december of 2017, that was the current management that issued those shares to them for what could only have been funding.
And again LG Capital has no need to short when they had millions of free trading shares to sell
