Unfortunately the only evidence I have seen that Solly is listening is the dividend. They said they would shares to finance operations and expenses as "the last resort". This certainly points that either he is not listening to this request or they are really not generating cash. As for the Loan, one would have to assume it is dead. I have seen no positive signs other than hot air from the company that this remains a possibility.
