More "news" like cut and paste pumps from March that never came to fruition? Lighting "systems"? Teepees for over $100 per night with train tracks 50 yards away and having to walk to bathrooms?
Falling down old hotels that need massive work to rebuild and refurbish? Probably needs all new plumbing and electric on top of the rot of building and decrepit grounds.
MILLIONS to restore on top of the purchase price? Then all the new construction to convert to senior living with businesses built in? LOL!
Great scams that sucked in buyers and investors who kept averaging down from .10 to now .0018. I don't think even a all new board of directors can save this now.
CEO has to GO, but I think it's too late for the stock, company, and the investors....
