LOL......good speculation. But not accurate as far as the SPCL ticker is concerned......"IF" Pixel or anyone else for that matter bought Solaris they by default bought/inherit the reporting issues that go along with it all. If the buyer intends to maintain a public company the historical reporting requirements don't go away. They have to be dealt with. And the new owner cannot pick and choose what or who they would be liable too. They are liable for every Authorized Share......

However should a buyer or the current owner for that matter decide to exit from a public to a private company they can literally walk away from the ticker in lieu of dealing with the current reporting issues. I don't see that happening here.....for what it's worth..... but it's possible.....

Corporate has options here..... which, what, or, if they will choose is where the dice are currently rolling on the table! The business behind the ticker is what got us here and the business behind the ticker can get us out......but will they? That's the 64 million dollar question!!

Anyone can file a lawsuit - in this case it would not be worth the 100 dollar investment for many LOL SPCL YOU POS TICKER
