Something was holding them back from releasing the financials, I don’t believe it was the grey market. I believe it was the transfer of Solaris to Pixel.
Until this information is made public, I believe the record date for shares will be released within 3 weeks, and shares purchased will be converted.
Volume will spike soon and we that will tell s news is imminent.
At this stage it's uncertain if the shares would or not...... depends on what happens with the SEC issue. If Pixel took over tomorrow there would still be the compliance issues to deal with. There would just be a new company working on them......the outcome would probably be better though.....but yes, you are correct in saying that the shares would theoretically become Pixel shares in a takeover........at any rate the ticker isn't going to spell the future or fate for the business end of all this. And that in my opinion is where the internal struggle lies........on making it happen.
