My initial thought on the 26,800,030 shares was that perhaps this might be the number of shares of the future public company that Delfin insiders will own. But that number sure seems low. I would have thought the number of private shares would have been much lower, so that 26.8M seems odd. My understanding is that they will sell these 26.8M shares to the issuer and they can determine any ratio they want. So with this in mind why 26.8M? Why not 1,000? Or 100?
