but he didn't say that..

well if the issue was resolved in jan, then why was rice still looking for answers from the usda in Hanoi in feb or later?..

if you ignore everything else and pretend he never said it, then I would agree..i would much rather that that was all he had said..but it isn't and I cant ignore everything else..

I think if the ministry of science and mard still have questions that haven't been adequately answered, I don't think those licenses are going to allow them to proceed..

I look at rice's statement like a ballplayer saying "the sun is in my eyes, my shoes are untied and I didn't sleep last night but im 100% ready!"...

sounds good..but not really...lol
