all rice had to do is say that everyone is in agreement and kblb has the green light to proceed..

he responded to various emails that wanted clarification on what was required from the usa.
an issue that was brought to light and debated on here for the last 6 months.
it should have been clarified in january when i shook the tree.

but he doesn't do that..he beats around the bush..

The basic take away is this;



· We have our business license and our investment license, I’ve held them in my own hands, for the first phase of the project (investment currently capped $2.2M) with those licenses we can bring in our silkworms and begin working. We’re pushing now to get the second phase investment license that would speed things up and raise our investment cap to $50M.
