The call went well. There's a concern I'm trying to get thru which is regarding any intention of an immediate reverse - I'm absolutely against that. Especially now that we have so little debt left in LIBE.

We've decided on fast tracking the closing on Sterling regardless. If we did end up moving ahead with AIG, I'd like to be able to spin off the LIBE assets (Sterling included) and issue a dividend to LIBE shareholders. If we decide against the AIG opportunity, we focus on Sterling in LIBE as a few VERY big companies are looking at them for licensing their products.
