it is mard that is trying to convince kblb that they need to come up with more certifications...it seems to me that mard was recently asking kblb for more assurances from the usda

At present, they are awaiting verification results from mard.
i believe the above statement refers to the gmo trial applications.

once mard is happy with the trial results,kbl gets the 50 year land lease and can build the new facility.

i don't believe mard or most are asking for more,they simply want kbl to follow the process.
kbl hoped they could speed it up and start dai loc construction in 2018 instead of 2019.
