it is mard that is trying to convince kblb that they need to come up with more certifications...it seems to me that mard was recently asking kblb for more assurances from the usda...but rice says as far as kblb is concerned they have had all that was needed since they were at notre dame..

it sounds to me like mard wants more and the usda aint gonna give any more so rice says as far as they are concerned, what they got is all they need..

I mean great if mard is happy with that..but what are the chances of that being the case?..

I just wasn't too convinced with the way that rice was talking that things are as settled as he would like us to believe..

hopefully mard backs down..or already has...but that's not the impression I got..
