Read the book/law “The Affordable Care Act”. In particular read about payment, electronic medical records, quality vs quantity. You’ll see it encourages changes to the current healthcare system including streamlining/reducing waste.
Are you unaware of the explosion of teleHealth services? Transition of care services, follow-ups, heck even patient care rounds are done remotely through tele-services. I have no doubt if insurances see the value of interactive video tech as part of the care plan it will absolutely be incorporated.
