Wish you luck, but I doubt anyone pays up for Abreu. Good player, with an off year. But tons of good available first baseman/DH's out there, not too many in need of one. He's obviously tradeable, but I doubt you get a top 100 prospect.
Soria is fine...but again, you obviously dont get a top prospect, but you'll get a mid level prospects or two.
Big Game James Shields....does any team need a number four or five starter? He's owed whatever remains of the $10 mil Chicago owes him, plus $2 more to buyout his option next year. If you get something decent in return, that would be great. But seems doubtful.
