Ron, with due respect, you are relentless to build new theories when one theory didn't happen and failed.

So now we are only 8 business days from merger completion and all in a sudden WMIH/NSM finds out that they didn't have enough shares for existing WMIH SH to not cause a change in ownership and they have to issue more shares for us. Or that they don't have enough money to complete the merger and therefore they need money from WMI. Anything to justify that an S4V has to happen.

Here are some expert views that the NOL is not in danger because we have passed the 3 years period. And of course KKR experts know what to do to prevent the NOL from being canceled.

Ron, are you still with the theory that WMIH needs money and shares to complete the merger which is only 5 business days from now? Do you think that they can complete the merger and then come back to fix the issues later? It's kind like somebody completes the purchase of a house and then gets a mortgage loan afterward.

I still don't understand one pint, if S4v has to work, then is there a time for it, second if markers are exchanged for value, then do sellers know the value of markers? I don't want to sell dollar for cents.
