Thanks, still have to deal with the laptop. I called the Geek squad because it is under warranty and they told me I have a software problem and HP does not cover that. They also informed me that I FAILED to buy their Total Protection Plan at $199 a year that would have covered all problems.

Last thing I will ever buy at Best Buy!
