If proper maturation of Dendritic Cells works in "Direct" pulsed intratumorally, maybe they did optimize those last patients aDC's both with maturation for antigen uptake and also correct amounts of cytokine production and pulse them with the lysate. You may be on to something. It fits the timelines.
