One important variable is the institutional following for Delek. If TAU hits and moves Delek's share price, I think big owners of Delek stock would discover where this discovery came from AND do their DD and find out that GSPE has a portfolio of similar prospects besides the 8 that Delek has already optioned. I would expect a GSPE reverse split and uplisting if TAU hits big.

I agree with the two ways to evaluate the company, but I think it’s important to remember the two types of investors: value investor (invests based off dcf, npv, etc) and emotional investor (largely based off speculation and momentum).

Here’s my point- Canoe isn’t meant to make the company billions of dollars, it’s meant to test the validity of their seismic technology. It’s basically one big expirement and their technology is the independent variable. This leads me to believe that if Canoe hits then their technology is valid, which means that there’s most likely oil in the other prospects since they used the same technology to size those up. With that said, I think the momentum investors are going to realize that and jump on board.

In my opinion, if Canoe hits we have a bigger jump in stock price than you may think because there’s more to it. I could care less what the margins are on Canoe; I care about the story it tells for the future.
