the lawsuit brought by $ITKH against TCA just needs to be settled- if it gets settled in $ITKH's favor- even better. once the TCA litigation is over- then $ITKH can move forward with mergers/acquisitions. the good news is, even if the $ITKH does nothing we still have the pending pps spike mentioned in post #27797 to look forward to $$$
