So Biomatrix owns Regen which owns Entest which owns Zander and now Entest owns some Regen preferred which could be tranferred to Zander so Zander could own some Regen and none of these companies have ever made money but if Entest or Zander do make any money from a product delivered to animals by the cream from Ampersand Biopharma they have to share half of the money with Ampersand Biopharma.
