I just referenced it too. There's no doubt he was entitled those under the contract. What is interesting is that it is backdated to March 28, 2016 when the O/S was 3,568,678,948. The current one is ~4.2b but the 13G, which is dated today July 18, 2018 references the 9.99% shares only as of March 28, 2016.

I think something is up here. Why did he not use the current ~4.2b and claim ~422 million shares instead? Do you see my point?
