This is old news..

These guys had 299 million shares way back in Jan of 2016. Please see the link I just provided.

They now have 350 million or someodd shares. That could have been the end or negotiated end of shares hence the reporting now.

This is old news. There are NO new conversions as confirmed with the transfer agent.

Back in the past how we got to 4.2 billion was issuing stock, some to these people..

Everything I post is my own opinion and people should always do their own research and due diligence on any company they are looking at
